3. 4-7-8 Breathing: Inhale for 4 counts, hold for 7, and exhale for 8. This practice is excellent for releasing stress.


4. Alternate Nostril Breathing: Gently close one nostril and breathe in through the other, switching back and forth. This technique balances energy and calms the mind.


5. Lion’s Breath: Inhale deeply, and as you exhale, open your mouth wide, sticking out your tongue and making a “ha” sound. This fun technique releases tension and promotes relaxation.
