Honey Balsamic Glazed Chicken (Slow Cooker Chicken Dinner Recipe)
Ingredients:
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup honey (raw if possible)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon coconut aminos or soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional garnish: chopped parsley
Instructions:
- Place chicken thighs into the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours.
- Once done, spoon sauce over chicken to glaze. You can broil the thighs for 2–3 minutes for extra caramelization if desired.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
