Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore Recipe 🍗
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken thighs, bone-in and skinless
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
2. Add diced tomatoes, chicken broth, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper.
3. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
