Instant Pot Chicken Enchiladas Recipe 🌯
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions:
1. Place chicken breasts in the Instant Pot.
2. Pour enchilada sauce over the chicken and add black beans, corn, and onion.
3. Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
