Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken with Spinach Recipe (Comfort Food Classic)
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese (or dairy-free substitute)
- 1 cup heavy cream or full-fat coconut milk
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, and basil. Place in slow cooker.
- Add garlic and pour in cream and parmesan.
- Cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours.
- Stir in spinach during the last 20–30 minutes until wilted.
