🥑 Avocado Tomato Salad with Basil Pesto Recipe 🥗
Ingredients:
- 2 avocados, cubed
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Basil Pesto:
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Combine avocados, tomatoes, onion, and basil in a bowl.
