Slow Cooker Chicken and Rice Recipe 🍗
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
2. Mix rice, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
3. Pour over the chicken.
4. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
5. Stir in peas and cheese before serving.
