Lemon Garlic Herb Chicken with Green Beans & Potatoes Slow Cooker Recipe (Zesty Clean One-Pot Meal)
Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in or boneless chicken thighs
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Place chicken in the slow cooker and season with thyme, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
