Instant Pot Chicken and Vegetable Stew Recipe 🍲
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken thighs, chopped
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Add chicken, carrots, potatoes, onion, garlic, chicken broth, thyme, salt, and pepper to the Instant Pot.
2. Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
3. Quick release the pressure before serving.
