Slow Cooker Chicken and Vegetable Stew Recipe 🍗
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless and skinless, chopped
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Place chicken, carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic in the slow cooker.
2. Add chicken broth, thyme, salt, and pepper.
3. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken and vegetables are tender.
