Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken Recipe 🍗
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 cup frozen peas
Instructions:
1. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
2. Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them.
3. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
4. Stir in frozen peas before serving.
