1 head of cabbage

1 lb ground beef or turkey

1 cup cooked rice

1 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can diced tomatoes

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).


2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully remove cabbage leaves, blanching them for 1-2 minutes until soft. Set aside.


3. In a pan, sauté onions and garlic until softened. Add ground meat and cook until browned.


4. Stir in cooked rice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
